Low temperature Glycol chiller is a specific kind of refrigeration system, widely used in chemical, brewery, pharmaceutical, beverage, diary industry, etc. The normal condition:Chilled water inlet temp is 0℃,outlet temp is -5℃, ambient temp35℃;Temperature condtion:Chilled water range is -5℃--15℃. This series of unit requires the client to use the liquid with the freezing point below the required temperature as the refrigerant. Allowable buctuate voltage:±10%. Allowable voltage difference in phase:±2%. Actual head lift is pump head lift minus the machine internal head loss(1mH2O=9.8KPa).
1. Absorb heat from process water and transfer it to a separate water source, such as cooling tower, pond, river, etc.
2. Gernerally used for large capacity applications or places where a cooling tower is already in place, or where the customer requires optimum efficiency of power consumption.
3. Multi-protection devices make sure the chiller and the equipment running safety.
4. Microcomputer control unit, simple operation.
