The cable granulating machine mainly includes a shredding system, a separating system, a second separating system, a dust collecting system, and a controlling system.

1. Firstly scrap copper wires will be put into the shredding chamber. They will be crushed to granules by revolving moving blades and fixed blades.

2. Secondly, through the screen under the blades, cable granules will enter separator space. With help of a vibrating table and blowing wind of the bottom fan, copper granules and plastic granules are threw separately from the front exit and back exit.

3. Finally, output copper and plastic pellet will be separated again by double-layer small vibrators.

4. During the whole working procedure of the cable recycling machine, the dust collecting system keeps working to take out the dust and other impurities inside the cables.
