Introduction

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a high-molecular-weight linear polysaccharide composed of repeating units of D-glucuronic acid (GlcUA) and N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) linked by β(1-3) and β(1-4) glycosidic bonds. The biopolymer is wide- spread in nature, having been identified in vertebrate soft tissues (e.g., skin, synovial fluid, and vitreous humor of the eye), cultured eukaryotic cell lines, and certain prokaryotes (21). In bacteria, particularly in Lancefield group A and C streptococci, HA is found in the form of a lavish extracellular capsule.

Oligo Hyaluronic Acid degraded by hyaluronidase is a new product that developed by bio-enzymatic degradation technology. Its molecular weight is 3,000Da-10,000Da, which is more easily absorbed by the skin and has a deep moisturizing effect.
