6. If the tested samples offered produced by the New tooling have not arrived at the request of the customer? How will Juntai Deal with?
After the Juntai gets the tooling charge, Juntai will make up the toolings and offer tested samples to the customer to test,
if the tested samples are not good, Juntai will amend the tooling and resent the samples.
We will amend the tooling until the samples are Good enough for the customers.
7. If Juntai Can not offer the right item that the customer needs as agreed before the tooling? Will Juntai can return back the tooling charge?
Yes, if Juntai can not offer the right Item base on the drawing and samples as the tooling agreement,
Juntai will return back 100% of the tooling charge.
