Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. will announce second-quarter 2014 financial results before the markets opens on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014.

Management will discuss the financial results on a conference call beginning at 11 a.m. EDT that day.

Individuals may access a live webcast of the conference call at the company’s investor relations website.

Within two hours following the conference call, the webcast will be archived and available for 30 days at the same website.

Cooper reported net sales of $796 million for its first quarter of 2014, a decrease of $65 million compared with the year-ago period.
